List all available applications

android.intent.action.ALL_APPS

Activities implementing this intent show a list of all available applications to the user.

Use

public void startListAllAvailableApplications() {
    Intent intent = new Intent("android.intent.action.ALL_APPS"); 
    if (intent.resolveActivity(getPackageManager()) != null) { 
        startActivity(intent);
    }
}

Example intent filter

<activity ...>
    <intent-filter>
        <action android:name="android.intent.action.ALL_APPS" />
