The OI rss reader has been released, and is pretty fantastic. But it could be even better if synced with google reader.
Likewise the newly released notepad would be of more use to me if synced with google notebook. Finally, I'd really like to see the shopping list app made slightly more generalized as a todo app and synced with rememberthemilk. It is probably a fairly tall order as I guess there is no generalized android api for doing this, but it would be nice. Also it would be extra well done if capable of auto syncing (sort of how the google contacts and calendar does now) where a user would not be expected to manually press the sync button.
Thanks for the feedback!
Thanks for the feedback! Increased interoperability with other web services was one of the next things we wanted to look into, so it will definitely be one of the next features we will provide!
It is good that you named some of them explicitly, so we know what users want urgently where we shall put focus on. OpenIntents applications are designed to be open from the outset, so once we have written a few plugins to connect to web services, third party developers may do so as well to connect OI applications to other web services. At least that's the direction we're heading.
