How did you back up your files? Which backup application did you use?
OI Notepad files are stored in internal memory. That means if you uninstall OI Notepad then all files are lost. So probably your notes are lost, and I hope it were not too many.
In the future, you may use OI Convert CSV to export all notes into a CSV file on the SD card. You can then later import your notes from that CSV file.
