OpenIntents

We are getting closer to the final deadline of the Android Developer Challenge. As such, one of our main tasks was to improve the documentation and include step-by-step instructions for all our intents.

But also code-wise there has been a lot going on under the hood: The alert provider has been improved and interacts nicely with locations. Locations show also the distance to the current location. This made the favorite locations sample obsolete, so we removed it. The content browser is now called tag browser. Among many fixed issues, it lets you define unique tags. The shopping list has new share capabilities using GTalk and comes with three distinct themes.
