Hi,
OI has no import/export csv format of its own and so can't handle tags, price etc, it needs one to handle all its attributes. I can't belive it doesn't support this...
I'm trying to import my own shopping list (from SplashShopper), I noticed the shopping list in the forum and thinking that the format must be just undocumented edited my list to be in the same format. Now I can see that what has happened is that I have many lists like "dairy". If there were lists of lists support of some type this would almost be workable particularly if you could easily see which lists have chosen items (please add this feature via highlighting and/or count of items), otherwise I have to select each grocery category in turn to see if it is empty, basically unworkable.
I have no intention of RE-typing and categorising all 400 or so items on the phone. Ideally as a native import/export should be a trivial piece of work this can be implemented quickly?
Thanks,
Dennis
OI Convert CSV
OI Convert CSV is designed to handle CSV import / export for OI Shopping List.
Since OI Convert CSV originally appeared, many fields have been added to OI Shopping List which are not yet handled by OI Shopping List. An updated version of OI Convert CSV would solve your problems.
Since this is free software, you can greatly enhance the chances of this feature being implemented by motivating the developers through a donation: http://www.openintents.org/en/contribute
