OI Notepad and OI Safe

New to Android but great.

Needed a notepad and decided on OI Notepad.

Also needed a program to store credit card details

Found OI Safe would work with Notepad but on encrypting found the name of the Note was changed to encrypted.

Why can I not see the name of the note? Should be that after linking a note to Safe, it should ask for password to view?

Can you help?
